Credits pay for scenes. One scene is one photo animated with its own AI camera move, and it costs 100 credits. A 20-scene listing video uses 2,000 credits.

The Free plan includes 500 credits each month — five scenes. That’s enough for a short clip of your best rooms. A longer listing uses more scenes; Standard and Advanced add 4,000 and 10,000 credits.

Yes. Use the Zillow URL import flow in the editor, paste the full listing URL, then review and reorder imported images. You can still upload JPG or PNG files one by one.

Portrait (9:16), landscape (16:9) and square (1:1). Changing aspect ratio is free and does not regenerate scenes.

Yes. Select a track from the royalty-free music library and add optional Scene text or agent details. Music, text, order and aspect ratio can be changed without generating again.

No. An effect takes the place of a camera move, so it's the same 100 credits per scene.

On Free and Standard, unused credits expire after 30 days. On Advanced, unused credits roll over for 90 days. Advanced also includes 2 free redos per scene (no credits used) and you can top up anytime with credit packs.
